- Conducted public and private workshops and strategy sessions with Government and Industry Leaders in in North America and Europe as well as Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Columbia, India, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela
- Chairman of the Canadian Standards Association Strategic Steering Committee on Business Management (formerly Managing for Quality and Reliability)
- Corporate Director of Quality, Research, Product & Process Development and Industrial Engineering Algoma Steel, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
- Lifetime contribution to standardization recognized by the Roy A. Phillips Award from the Standards Council of Canada
